Students and enthusiasts of Tang Soo Do have many reasons for their interest in this and other martial art styles. Some are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives. While still others are concerned about safety and self-defense. Whether you are interested in our programs for mental or physical well being, Tang Soo Do University Headquarters offers a number of programs that will fit your developmental needs and your busy schedule as well.
Lil Dragons
Our fun program for 3-5 year olds consists of 30-minute classes, offered twice a week. This class begins with the very basics of martial arts, and helps teach young students to achieve discipline, self-control, confidence and team-work, as well as develop gross motor skills.

Little Ninjas
The Little Ninjas Program is a detailed curriculum that focuses on improving pre-school age children's basic motor and listening skills. These skills will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook. They will become better students at school, better listeners at home and more ambitious towards the future. We believe the time between the ages of 3 and 6 are the most important years of a child's development. Our program will enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way. The Little Ninjas program will also prepare your child for the Junior class.

Basic Program
The Junior Basic Program is designed for students to get a feel of what martial arts is all about. Children will learn self-control, focus, discipline, self-defense, confidence and respect.
This trial program is designed to introduce adults to martial arts. Our Adult Basic Program will enhance one’s flexibility, toning, basic self defense, weight loss, and conditioning. This is a great program for adults who do not have prior experience.

Beginner Training
This class is designed for White, Yellow, Purple, & Orange Belts.

Intermediate Training
This class is designed for Blue & Green.

Black Belt Club
Our Black Belt Club is for students who are ready to make the commitment to achieving Black Belt Excellence. Children in this program will have the extra opportunity to learn basic sparring and weapons training. The weapons training helps children with coordination, dexterity and strength.

Advanced Training
This class is designed for all Red Belts.
|
Masters Club
The Masters Club is our highest level of training. Children will learn to become role models and leaders in the school. They will also learn grappling, kickboxing and XMA (gymnastics) training. Students will truly learn to understand dedication and responsibility.
The Adult Masters Club program will teach adults advanced weapons training, grappling skills and peak personal performance conditioning. Adults will learn the fundamentals of weapons training as well as advanced self defense, basic sparring drills and advanced fitness and strengthening drills.

Black Belt Training
This class is open to all Black Belt Candidates and Black Belts.

Xtreme Martial Arts
Xtreme Martial Arts is the fusion of martial arts techniques, gymnastics, and acrobatics, taken to the extreme with explosive energy and "Hollywood" theatrics!
Mike Chat’s XMA Performance Training will set the standard for people of all ages and skill levels and allow them to enter into the first structured program of it’s kind. It will also set the standard for national and international competition by standardizing the basic movements from all styles and creating compulsory routines with optional criteria for the elite levels.

Karate Birthday Parties

Private Lessons
Our instructors offer their undivided attention during these sessions. Most lessons are a half-hour to an hour, scheduled day or night at your convenience. It has been proven that personal instruction allows students to progress up to three times faster than in group classes.

After School Programs
Let us help increase your after school activity programs. Our after school programs will also help add revenue to your school. Our schedule is flexible to fit your needs. References available upon request.

Leadership Training
This class is for students of all ages. This very elite program is for the students that want the ultimate martial arts experience. Membership classes also include weekly classes dedicated to challenge the student that desires to be a superior martial artist and community leader.

Advanced Black Belt Training
This program is reserved for those Black Belts who have made their commitment towards training for higher levels of Black Belt. Black Belts will be trained in knife, stick and ground defense techniques.

American Top Team Training (Level 1)
American Top Team is one of the largest and most active Mixed Martial Arts (“MMA”) teams in the world. The team has over 1,000 members, more than fifty of whom compete professionally in MMA, boxing, bjj, submission grappling, wrestling, and muay thai events all over the world. American Top Team competes in MMA events such as The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), WEC, Pride, K-1, BellatorFC, Strikeforce, DREAMS, and World Victory Road Sengoku.
ATT features expert instruction in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), boxing, wrestling, muay thai, judo, and kids mma to produce well rounded competitors competent in all disciplines of MMA.

Krav Maga (Level 1)
Krav Maga classes are offered at Tang Soo Do University. All of our instructors are certified by Krav Maga Worldwide in Los Angeles. If you are looking for an effective quick to learn self defense system you have found it. We offer both classes and seminars in Krav Maga.

Cage Fitness
Cage Fitness™ is a complete workout program that is designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness. Cage Fitness™ is based on the structure of a championship MMA Bout. In a 30 minute session Cage Fitness will give you a total body workout that includes 5 -5 minute rounds focusing on: Endurance,Strength,Power & Core.
